These Terms of Service govern your use of the SPRX Logistics website, customer support channels and the SPRX mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SPRX provides Malaysia domestic network express and related digital services, including shipment handling, tracking and after-sales support. Service availability may vary by location and operating conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate sender, recipient and contact information. You are responsible for the legality of goods tendered for carriage and for complying with Malaysia’s laws on prohibited or restricted items.

3. Accounts and the app

If you create an SPRX app account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use our services for unlawful shipments or fraudulent activity.

5. Fees and liability

Shipping charges, service standards and compensation (if any) are as agreed at the time of shipment or as stated in applicable service rules. To the extent permitted by law, SPRX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

6. Intellectual property

The SPRX name, logos, website content and app content are owned by SPRX or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission, except as needed to use our services.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend services when necessary for security, legal or operational reasons. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
